Smith supports 425 staff members of Nazareth Home, Inc. to ensure compliance and individual satisfaction with their jobs and with compensation. She was recognized and awarded by Business First in 2015 as “20 Top People to know in Human Resources” and is a SHRM certified professional, she has been a member of SHRM since 2002. Smith holds a BS in Finance from the University of Louisville and has worked with all areas of Human Resources, including benefits and labor law.
